shu for me rewards

How do I join Shu For Me Rewards?
Simple spend RM 1 worth products in a single receipt at any shu uemura boutique/kiosk to be eligible as a shu for me members.
shu uemura products bought in duty-free outlets are not eligible for the shu for me rewards programme.
How do I accumulate points?
Provide your mobile or NRIC at any shu uemura boutique/ kiosk upon purchase to accumulate points.

Points accumulation depends on membership tier during transaction:
  • Bronze member : RM 1 = 1 point
  • Silver member : RM 1 = 1.2 point
  • Gold member : RM 1 = 1.3 point


Points earned for paid makeup / brow services are
  • Bronze member : RM 2 = 1 point
  • Silver member : RM 2 = 1.2 point
  • Gold member : RM 2 = 1.3 point

Will my membership expire?
Membership tiers will be refreshed according to the accumulated spending of the member in the pass 12 months from first transaction.
Membership points will expire from 12 months from the member's first transaction, and points extension is not allowed.
Can I carry forward my expired points to the next year?
shu for me reward points are strictly valid only for 12 calendar months from the first transaction date.
However, we will auto-extend the points earned on the 12th month to the following points cycle.
Can I combine points with my friends?
Each member is only allowed to use their points for their own membership account and cannot be combined with others.
How do I update my personal particulars?

Can I redeem my welcome gift and birthday gift on the same day?
as our system will take 24 hrs to register a customer/ member into a new tier, the member is only able to redeem welcome gift on the first day of joining the tier, and birthday gift can only be redeemed 24 hrs later.
How do I redeem my complimentary welcome and birthday brow service?
members would have to book for a complimentary brow service appointment on our shu uemura booking portal prior to visiting our boutiques, all walk-in requests/ bookings will not be entertained.

welcome and birthday complimentary brow service is non-transferrable to other members or members' friends & family, and is only limited to 1 member per booking time slot.

late arrivals (10 mins) will result in cancellation of appointments.

how do I verify if my new shu uemura products are genuine?
shu uemura products are only sold at our authorized brick-and-mortar retail stores listed on shuuemura.com.my/storelocator.
how do I make a return/exchange?
  1. in the event you have purchased a damaged/defective item, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 7 business days from purchase.
  2. only products purchased on shu uemura singapore boutiques may be exchanged. products purchased elsewhere or online are not accepted for refunds/ exchanges at shu uemura counters or boutiques.
  3. if you buy shu uemura product(s) from other countries out of Singapore, airports or unauthorized retailers, websites and other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund/ exchange or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
  4. shu uemura reserves the right of final decision if the product(s) returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
