how do I join shu for me rewards?
shu for me rewards is a loyalty program by shu uemura (a member of the family of brands under the L’Oreal Singapore Pte. Ltd. portfolio).
how do I register for shu for me rewards?
to join, simply approach any one of our shu uemura makeup stylist at our shu uemura boutiques in Singapore by clicking here, or sign up online here
when is my shu for me rewards account activated?
your shu for me rewards membership account will be activated on the day of successful registration.
where can I find my shu for me rewards ID?
your shu for me rewards ID is the mobile number which was used during registration. please remember to provide your mobile number to our makeup stylist when enquiring about your shu for me rewards account at our shu uemura boutiques.
How do I earn shu for me rewards points?
(i): you can earn shu for me rewards points when you make purchases of shu uemura products from:

(i) any official shu uemura boutique in Singapore here
(ii) lazada here
(iii) our authorized retailers and partners; and/or
(iv) the shu uemura Phone Order Delivery Platform
(“Qualifying Purchases”)

please note the following does not fall within the meaning of “Qualifying Purchases”:
(a) any services provided by shu uemura;
(b) any products or services sold/provided by any duty-free outlet (both within and outside of Singapore)

(ii): Every S$1 (nett spend)(excluding GST, service charges, credit card charges/fees, and other transaction fees) on Qualifying Purchases will earn one (1) shu for me rewards point. each shu for me rewards point will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
How long does it take for my shu for me rewards point(s) to be reflected in my account?
any shu for me rewards points earned from the Qualifying Purchases will be reflected in your account within one (1) working day after the date of purchase.
Can I track my shu for me rewards account online?

How do I update my shu for me rewards account information?
Please log in to My Account here and update your information at any time.
How do I redeem my shu for me rewards Points?
(i): Please log into your account, and go to ‘Rewards’ at [CPRV to provide link] to choose which gift voucher you would like to redeem with your available shu for me rewards points. You will receive a confirmation SMS of the gift voucher redeemed via your registered mobile number within 48 hours. Please present the confirmation SMS at any of our Shu Uemura Boutiques to enjoy the gift voucher for your next purchase.

(ii): Only one (1) voucher may be used against one (1) Shu Uemura product. Up to five (5) vouchers may be used in a single transaction if there are multiple Shu Uemura products purchased in the same transaction.

(iii): All vouchers (Gift Vouchers and Tier Welcome Vouchers) cannot be used for shu uemura services, tools, purchases of sets or together with other ongoing shu uemura promotions.

(iv): Please note once a redemption request has been submitted it cannot be changed, and any deduction of shu for me rewards points cannot be reversed.
How long are shu for me rewards vouchers valid for?
All shu for me rewards vouchers are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of online redemption.
How do I make exchanges and refunds?
All shu for me rewards vouchers are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of online redemption.

(i): Refunds must be made at the initial store of purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase together with the valid receipt. When you request for a refund, you will be required to return all products, travel sizes given during the purchase. Any vouchers redeemed and used with points from the transaction will be deemed invalid and the voucher value will not be refunded.

(ii): Exchanges must be made at initial store of purchase within ninety (90) days of purchase together with the valid receipt.
Will my shu for me rewards points expire?
Your shu for me rewards points will expire on each anniversary of the date of activation of your account (see A3). For example, if your account was activated on 1 January 2021, your shu for me rewards points earned between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021 will be valid until 31 December 2021. If the same account (which was activated on 1 January 2021) was updated to the next tier on 1 May 2021, your shu for me rewards points will continue to expire on 31 December 2021.
Will my shu for me rewards membership tier expire?
The validity of your shu for me rewards member tier starts the from, and is valid for 365 days, the date of activation of your account (see A3).

(ii): Once you’ve enrolled in shu for me rewards, you will automatically qualify as a Bronze member.

(iii): You membership tier will be upgraded to:

(a) Silver – when you spend at least S$200; or

(b) Gold – when you spend at least S$500,

on Qualifying Purchases, within 365 days from the date of successful activation of your shu for me rewards account.


(iv): Each tier comes with additional benefits and rewards. To maintain your tier status, you must re-qualify within 365 days from the date of your last purchase. In other words, a member must spend the same amount set out in A12 (iii), within 365 days of achieving a particular tier in order to maintain that tier level for another year. Can I deregister from shu for me rewards?
(i): To deregister from shu for me rewards, please write your request to [email protected]

(ii): Please note that upon successful deregistration of your shu for me rewards membership account, you will lose your shu for me rewards totals and any earned shu for me rewards points accrued up to the time of your application for deregistration.
